Lili’s personal and professional background in diversity, equity and inclusion was pivotal in providing her with the drive necessary to excel—becoming one of the first in her family to earn a bachelor’s degree.

Lili is a natural project manager with a dependable and solutions-oriented approach. Her career journey spans from front office to back-end warehousing and logistics for major corporations such as Wal-Mart and FedEx. With over 20 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, fulfillment, and last mile delivery, her expertise ranges from successfully managing processes within large companies with defined structures and systems to small companies that require a “start-up” mindset.

With a steady commitment to excellence, she ensures that every project Just Kitting, LLC owns succeeds within the required timeframe and budget. Lili embodies reliability and consistency in every interaction. With a trusted and unwavering commitment to our clients, a grounded and customer-focused mindset is at the forefront of every deliverable—no matter how big or small. A proud Latina woman who was born and raised in East Los Angeles, CA, Lili now calls Arizona home, where she currently resides with her husband.

Greg began his professional journey at Service Merchandise before moving on to high powered opportunities with Wal-Mart and Home Depot. He has amassed a 35+ year career in logistics and energy efficiency.

Greg’s stellar reputation as a leader with the ability to turn failing operations into a successful, efficient, streamlined operation precedes him. He has an uncanny knack for motivating his team and achieving operational objectives in a variety of business models.

Greg’s expertise, vision, and relentless drive have consistently elevated the organizations he has served, transforming organizations into strong, high-performing, industry-leading enterprises—recognized among the best in their respective industries.

A United States Air Force veteran having served duty in both domestic and international communities, Greg was born and raised in Nashville, TN and is one of twelve children. He currently resides in Arizona with his wife.
